I’m an EFT (emotional freedom technique) tapping practitioner. I work with clients to help them work through issues coming up in their lives, whether this is a fear or anxiety, a bad memory, an unresolved problem, a limiting belief or any difficult feeling.

Using EFT, we will tap on certain points on your face and body in a sequence while focusing on the issue. This technique is gentle and safe, but also very powerful in helping you to deal with negative emotions that may arise.
